Mowed Lots

It is that time of the year to mow your lots during the growing season. Such notice shall provide that each owner, occupant, or person in charge of any lot within the city shall cut and remove all noxious weeds and keep grass and other weeds cut from alley to street even in the right of ways as to prevent problems from occurring.

The lots must be mowed by July 1, 2022 and to be maintained afterwards in order to avoid the $175.00 fee

If the City of McLaughlin crew must mow any private property, the minimum fee is $175.00 per lot. If the fee is not paid, the fee will be assessed to the property, and it must be paid prior to transfer of ownership of said lot.
