NOTICE OF VACANCY
MUNICIPALITY OF HOT SPRINGS
The following offices will become vacant due to the expiration of the present term of office of the elective officer:
City Council Ward I Craig Romey 2-year term
City Council Ward II David Burris 2-year term
City Council Ward III Linda Varvel 2-year term
City Council Ward IV Debra Johnston 2-year term
City Council Ward IV Melanie’s Appoint 1-year term
Circulation of nominating petitions may begin on March 1, 2023 and petitions may be filed in the office of the Finance Officer located at 303 North River, Hot Springs, SD between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. mountain time, not later than March 28, 2023, or mailed by registered mail not later than March 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. mountain time.
