City of Philip recently issued the following announcement.
Notice is hereby given that the governing body, sitting as a Review Board of the City of Philip, Haakon County, South Dakota will meet in the Community Room, located at 140 S. Howard Ave., Haakon Co. Courthouse 1st Floor, within said taxing jurisdiction on Monday, March 21, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said taxing jurisdiction for the year 2023.

All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment are required to notify the to submit “Written Objections to Real Property Assessment”, (Form PT 17). These written objections must be filed with the City Finance Officer, acting as the clerk of the local board, no later than March 17, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Any interested persons are invited to attend this meeting.
