Of the 45 people living in Interior in 2019, 31.1 percent (14) were women and 68.9 percent (31) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Western South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 17-to-8. In the 65 and over age range, there were six females and 14 males.
