Of the 2,396 people living in Colonial Pine Hills in 2019, 44.7 percent (1,071) were women and 55.3 percent (1,325) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Western South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 717-to-650. In the 65 and over age range, there were 132 females and 242 males.
