Of the 440 people living in Blucksberg Mountain in 2020, 46.8 percent (206) were women and 53.2 percent (234) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Western South Dakota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 10. In the 65 and over age range, there were 30 females and 60 males.
