This is to serve as notice that a quorum of the Hot Springs City Council may be in attendance at the ICS402: ICS Overview for Executives/Senior Officials course. The event will be held at the Mueller Civic Center 801 S. 6th St. Hot Springs, SD, on Tuesday the 28th of February from 8:30AM to 12PM.
