Public Notice 

The City of Lead will sale at public auction to the highest bidder on March 6th, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Lead City Hall Commission room, the property’s located at the legal description listed below.
Lots 8, Lot 9 and South 7.5' of Lot 10 of the replat of Mile High II Mobile Home Park, being portions of the Spotted Horse Chie, M.S. 137, and the Glueck Auf No. 4, M.S.1595 and located in the City of Lead. Lawrence County, South Dakota, all as shown on that certain plat recorded in the Lawrence County Register of Deeds office as Plat Document Number 91-1402, and Lot 8A of Mile High II Mobile Home Park, being a portion of the Glueck Auf No. 4, M.S. 1595, located in the SW/4 Section 34, T5N, R3E, B.H.M., Lawrence County, South Dakota, as shown on that certain plat recorded in the Lawrence County Register of Deeds as Document Number 91-3635 (collectively “Property “)
Restrictive Covenant. Grantee covenants, for itself and its successors and assigns that it will not allow any residential or commercial development on the Property, nor will it sell all or any portion of the Property for residential or commercial development.
Parcel # ‘s 31580-00000-000-08 and 31580-00000-000-09 A/K/A 42 Voigt Dr.
Sale includes structures and land.
The minimum bid will be $40,000.
Highest bidder will be required to make payment to City of Lead the day of sale.
