On Saturday, March 22, former Stevens High School standout Kyah Watson’s current collegiate team the West Virginia Mountaineers won 78-59 against the Columbia Lions in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Carmichael Arena, this was the first game against the Columbia Lions during the championship.

The West Virginia Mountaineers’ next game will take place on Monday, March 24 at 7 p.m. in Carmichael Arena against North Carolina Tar Heels.

Kyah Watson’s game position is guard.
