The Lead Police Department is currently accepting applications for a full-time patrol officer. Certification is preferred but not required. The City of Lead offers an excellent benefit/retirement package. Starting wage is $23 per hour with a certified officer starting at a higher rate. Applications will be accepted through December 12th, 2022 or until filled. Testing and interviews will follow. Starting date will be after January 1, 2023.
